Organizational Legitimacy Observatory
The Organizational Legitimacy Observatory is knowledge hub where researchers from all around the world will be able to share knowledge about one of the more important intangible asset in Business, Management, Marketing and Communication: the organizational legitimacy.
The members of the Observatory are scholars and researchers, members of the most important research team on organizational legitimacy from Spain and the rest of the world.
The Observatory’s outputs, such as papers, reports and activities will be available resources to professors, researchers, students and professionals interested in this area of knowledge and will be a platform for knowledge sharing about organizational legitimacy.
The Observatory is a project promoted by the School of Communication and International Relations Blanquerna – Universitat Ramon Llull.
OBJECTIVES

Support, disseminate and cooperate to the organizational legitimacy’s research field.

Provide sources of information and knowledge on legitimacy to researchers, professors, professionals and doctoral students who want to collaborate with the Observatory.

Help students and researchers to carry out internships or research stays supervised by members of the Observatory.

Create an international network of researchers.

Participate in academic communities and propose Special Issues and Call for Papers in specialized peer review journals.

Organize activities such as conferences, courses and seminars for students, doctoral candidates, researchers and professionals.

Link the Observatory to an academic peer review journal.

Generate knowledge transfer’s projects to help companies and institutions to improve and manage their organizational legitimacy as a tool for generate competitive advantages.
